Young people can begin their learning journey with us at any point of the model. Some might want to just attend drop-ins in order to catch up or receive support, while others might want to complete Skills Builder workshops in English while undertaking volunteering. Our model is individualised to meet the needs of each young person. There is no strict time limit or formal expectation. We know that each journey taken is unique – and might require changes, stops or even time out. By understanding that and by establishing regular contact through a positive working relationship then we can work with young people to achieve their full potential.
